Jessica, RN, BSN, is the Founder and Lead Injector of Evolve Med Spa. With a passion for aesthetics and a strong medical background, Jessica specializes in creating natural, balanced results that enhance each patient’s unique features.

She is known for her advanced techniques in facial balancing, neuromodulators, and dermal fillers, with a focus on achieving refined, undetectable results. Medical Director

Dr. Charles Randall Chube, MD, serves as the Medical Director at Evolve Med Spa, bringing extensive medical expertise and oversight to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and care. With a strong clinical background, Dr. Chube works closely with the team to support safe, effective, and results-driven aesthetic treatments.

Erica has been a nurse for 14 years, with nine years of experience in a fast-paced Chicago emergency department. For the past 3 years, she has specialized in aesthetic medicine as a skilled Level 2 nurse injector. Erica is known for her gentle touch, clinical precision, and commitment to achieving natural, confidence-boosting results. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her growing family.

Rachael is a Level 3 esthetician, certified laser technician, and advanced skin specialist with over 10 years of experience in the industry. She is highly knowledgeable in medical-grade skincare and specializes in customized treatments backed by science. Her calm, relaxing bedside manner ensures every client feels comfortable, cared for, and confident in their treatment journey.

Patient Lead and Operation Director

Autumn is the friendly face behind the flow of Evolve Med Spa, serving as our Patient Lead and Operations Director. She is dedicated to making every patient feel welcomed, comfortable, and confident from the moment they walk through our doors.

Brandy is Evolve Med Spa’s Wellness and Weight Loss Nurse, specializing in personalized wellness treatments designed to support overall health, energy, and sustainable results.
